Come and celebrate First Fridays! Stroll Historic Main Street Warrenton beginning in May, the First Friday night of each month. Main Street will be closed to traffic while shops remain open late with open houses and specials. There will be music, artists, entertainment for the children and dinner specials at our award winning restaurants. Main Street will be bustling with shoppers, diners and fun. Each month will offer something different for all ages. Plein Air Art, come join the fun. Farmer's Market, cooking demonstrations, floral demonstrations, sidewalk art for the children, live bands, the fun is endless! A sure not to miss for the summer! 21st Annual An Evening Under the Stars
Warrenton, VA- Old Town Warrenton welcomes the 21st Annual An Evening Under the Stars® fundraiser for the Partnership for Warrenton Foundation. The fundraiser helps support the annual activities we all enjoy such as the Father’s Day Car Show, the Children’s 4th of July Parade, the nationally recognized GumDrop Square and Christmas in Old Town as well as the lamppost restoration project, Main Street’s American Flags and the economic and aesthetic revitalization of Old Town and much more. The 21st Annual An Evening Under the Stars® boasts tastings from over 30 of the area’s top restaurants and caterers, dancing in the street to the beloved Daryl Davis and his band and the fabulous Silent Auction Under the Tent promising something for everyone. This is the social event of the fall, a true not to miss event! Tickets will go on sale August 1st and will be available at various locations around town as well as the Partnership office and on this website. Tickets are $40 per person or $75 per couple in advance, $50 per person at the door. Reserved tables including 8 tickets are $400. All donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
New this year, we've added another event so that your kids can come and dance to the beat of their own drum. The Partnership for Warrenton Foundation has teamed up with Tagaloo to bring you a Children's Evening Under the Stars. Same night, same time, nearby location and a whole host of various activities guaranteed to delight them all night long. Tickets are $20 per child until 9/13 and $25 per child after that date. Register your children for this event by calling 540-349-8606 or visiting The Partnership office at 7 Hotel Street.

Christmas in Old Town and GumDrop Square

Experience with us the splendor and the tradition of Christmas in Old Town Warrenton. The crown jewel of Christmas is the award winning GumDrop Square and Santa’s Secret Shop where Sata will be on hand for those lists and compliemntary photos (one per family) and where all gifts are $2 and will be gift wrapped. Stroll down Main Street each Friday night in December enjoying carolers, orchestras, choirs, merchant open houses, a live nativity, food trolleys with hot cocoa and fresh roasted chestnuts and horse drawn hayrides. Come and experience Christmas in true Old Town fashion.
Festivities begin Friday, December 3rd at 6pm with the Illumination Walk from the Mosby Museum to GumDrop Square, the arrival of Santa, the lighting of Old Town and the opening of GumDrop Square, a Top 20 event in the Southeast.

14th Annual Father's Day Car Show

Enjoy a wonderful day of cars, arts and crafts, music and food at The 14th Annual Father's Day Car Show in Old Town Warrenton. Stroll down Historic Main Street and side streets that will be full of classic and antique cars, hot rods and motorcycles. The lawns will have art exhibits and games for the entire family! Enjoy an ice cream or lunch under a shade tree or lunch and dinner in one of our award winning restaurants. Take a walking tour of Old Town and visit the Old Jail Museum. The day promises to be fun for the entire family! $10 to register a car for the show in advance, $15 at the door, free to attend! Click here for a registration form!

19th Annual Partnership for Warrenton's Independence Day Parade for Children and Pets

***NOTE the parade is on July 3rd this year due to the 4th being a Sunday and not wanting to inturrupt Churches.
Historic Old Town Warrenton is the site of the 19th Annual Partnership for Warrenton's Independence Day Parade for Children and Pets. No motorized vehicles permitted. Decorate the children, bikes, wagons, pets and yourself in red, white and blue and march down Main Street! Uncle Sam welcomes participants. Community Band performs at the Old Courthouse, while Uncle Sam and bag pipers lead the line of march of over 800 children! Fire trucks to climb aboard, treats for the pets, and ice cream for the children following the parade.
Parade line up begins at 9:30 am at 5th Street. The Parade will begin at 10am.
